General Information
All applicants interested in Youth Challenge must fill out an application packet with their legal guardians and submit the packet if time permits, or bring it with them to the interview.

Applicants must bring to the interview two copies of the following documents. (Please bring copies, as we will not have a copy machine available.)

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Medical Insurance Card
• Picture ID
• High School Transcript

Interview Schedule
Please report to the location by 9:00 a.m. The schedule listed below will be the only time we will conduct interviews on your island. If you miss the interview on your island, you will have to fly to Oahu for an interview.
