IMG_3264Each student will be placed into their career path according to what their goals are, but since their age plays a large part in what they can and cannot do, steering the student toward a different career path, such as training, will be a major driving force when working with the placement coordinators.  Job skills will also provide an opportunity for each student to gain occupational skills via 115 hours of certification training or cooperative work experience.

Every student will complete a local job application or State Workplace Alaska' profile and complete a grammatically correct employment resume.  Placement is defined as 30 hours or more per week of verified employment, school or combination of both.
