Upcoming Orientations


Orientation and Mentor Training Schedule

Orientation Dates:

Saturday - January 17th at 11:00-2:00

Please bring the following documents to expedite the processing of your application:

  • Any court documents regarding youths adoption and/or legal proceedings and charges
  • Juvenile Criminal Histories Report through Judicial Information Systems (JIS); see local Juvenile Justices Services Department.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Transcript from School District/H.S. last attended
  • Immunization Records
  • Social Security Card (signed if 18-19 years old at the time of graduation)
  • WA State Identification Card (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, Instructional Permit, etc.)
  • Medical Insurance Cards
  • Last Physical Exam Forms 14-16 (Application Section 2) signed by physician.
  • Any Medical concerns Medication Prescriptions
  • Mentor Application (If ready- You will also get this at Orientation unless you already have a mentor prospect.)

Mentor Training Dates:

Sunday - January 11th 2:00-5:00

If you have not already submitted copies of the following, please do so:
Social Security Card (signed)**, Drivers License, Vehicle Insurance, Mentor References, & Updated contact information.

**If you choose not to provide your social security information, you will have to complete a fingerprint background check at your own expenses.

NOTE:  We will have a distance learning site for mentor training in Spokane for those near that geographical area, otherwise mentor training will be held in Bremerton, WA.
