Pre-Screening

Pre-Screening

STEP 1

Print and complete the application on the "How to Apply" page.

Return the completed application as soon as possible including Mentor ApplicationIf the date is close to the Pre Screen Orientation, please do not send the packet in the mail, however, bring it with you. It is VERY IMPORTANT that your application is RECEIVED prior to the Pre-Screening date.  No application will be processed unless fully complete.  Please follow the checklist to make sure that you have all the materials for a complete application. The Deadline to have you application in is as soon as possible. Any other questions you may have is located at our "FAQ" page.

STEP 2: ATTEND PRE-SCREENING!

All applicants MUST ATTEND a Pre-Screening to be considered for Class 30.
Applicants must come to Pre-Screening with a Parent or Guardian.  At that time applicants will be given a drug test and a complete briefing on the program. Parents and applicants must BRING A BAGGED LUNCH.  Please prepare to be available ALL DAY.

STEP 3: INVITED TO IN-PROCESSING!

If you pass the INTERVIEW and PHYSICAL at In-Processing, you're in Class 30 of Commonwealth ChalleNGe!  Come packed and ready to start class. Class 30 begins January 2009. Call the Recruiter's office at 1-800-796-6472 ext. 231 or 235, (757) 491-5932 or (757) 491-5935.
