Mentor Pack for Cadet Application (PDF) - A Cadet application isn't complete without this paperwork for a Primary and an Alternate Mentor Nominee. The mentor will be one of the most important members of your team so make sure you understand what TCA mentoring is about and choose your nominee(s) wisely!  If your Primary mentor nominee attends their mentor training prior to the application deadline, you do not have to recruit an Alternate nominee.  Need to know how to find a mentor?Part 3.
