Applications are accepted all year on a first come first served basis. Please submit your application as early as possible. You will need to have Adobe Reader on your computer.  You can download it for free Free Adobe Reader, and come back to this page later.

NOTE:  Please complete the Cadet Pre-App in order to be directed to Part 1 of the Application for Cadet Enrollment.

You will need to download (print) all 3 parts of the application process and mail them in.

Part 2. Mentor Pack for Cadet Application (PDF) - A Cadet application isn't complete without this paperwork for a Primary and an Alternate Mentor Nominee. The mentor will be one of the most important members of your team so make sure you understand what Seaborne mentoring is about and choose your nominee(s) wisely!  If your Primary mentor nominee attends their mentor training prior to the application deadline, you do not have to recruit an Alternate nominee.  Need to know how to find a mentor?

Part 3. Medical Application (PDF) - This is the third part of the Cadet Application. Make sure your doctor reads the physical requirements of the program before examining you.
