PRAP (Post-Residential Action Plan) Resources
The Post Residential Action Plan (PRAP) is developed by the Cadet during the residential phase of the program. Assisted by the Career Counselor, program staff, and the Mentor, the PRAP outlines and details the students personal interests, assets, and action steps relating to their educational, employment, military, and community living goals for the post-residential phase. As you can imagine this plan changes and evolves over time. Part of the Mentor and Parent responsibility is to help the youth when changes occur. Please consider some of these helpful web resources when working with your youth on their PRAP.
