Eligibility

Applicant Eligibility

The basic eligibility qualifications for acceptance into the program are:

Applicants must

be between the ages of 16 - 19.5 on class start date
be male or female
be free of illegal drugs
be educationally at risk
be mentally and physically capable to participate
be a South Carolina resident
not be under indictment or convicted of a felony offense
voluntarily enter the program

A mandatory drug screen will be conducted.  Applicants may not enter the Hard Core ChalleNGe Phase if they test positive for the presence of illegal drugs.
