Eligibility

Eligibility

The basic eligibility qualifications for acceptance into the program are: applicants must be between the ages of 16-19 and can not turn 20 with on class start date and ending date. free of illegal drugs, educationally at risk, mentally and physically capable to participate, North Carolina resident, and not under indictment or convicted of a felony offense.

A mandatory drug screen will be conducted on opening day.  Applicants may not enter the Hard Core ChalleNGe Phase if they test positive for the presence of illegal drugs.
