 MEMORANDUM FOR TCA Class 33 Parents/Guardians

SUBJECT:Graduation Announcement

As Graduation approaches, We unfortunately, have reached a point where attendance at graduation has exceeded the seating capacity at the Sampson County Expo Center. We must limit the number of attendees at the graduation ceremony.Each cadet family will receive Five (5) tickets for admission to the ceremony. Tickets will be required for both adults and children because of the seating configuration and Fire Marshall requirements.

Each cadet mentor will also be sent one ticket for admission. We are asking the mentors who cannot attend to please provide the family with their ticket. Likewise, if your family does not need all five tickets, please return the excess tickets to your cadet so they could redistribute them to cadets who need additional tickets. Your cadet will also receive graduation announcement they may send to announce their graduation but keep in mind the recipients of the invitations will require tickets in order to attend.

The staff and I look forward to sharing in this celebration with you and the cadets and look forward to seeing you in Dec, 2009.
