Eligibility

• Male & female high school dropout or potential dropout between the ages of 16 thru 19. 
  Note: 19 year-old applicants must not turn 20 on or before the projected graduation date of the class in which they are applying. 

  Phases run from January - June and from July- December.
  
  

• U.S. citizen or legal resident of the U.S. and resident of the State of Michigan.
  
  
• Not convicted of any felonies or juvenile adjudications.
  
  
• Not currently on parole or probation for anything other than juvenile status offenses.
   
• Not awaiting sentencing and not under indictment, charged or covicted of a felony.
  
  
• Candidates cannot be court-ordered to our program.
  
  
• Must be free from use of illegal drugs or substances (candidates will be tested upon arrival for Pre-challeNGe).
   
• Use of tobacco products is prohibited.
  
  
• Must be a voluntary participant and have a strong desire to change and improve.
  
  
• Willing to follow direction and learn in a demanding environment.
