 Parent Workshop/Visit Information:
At least one parent/guardian must attend the Parenting Workshop in order for ANY family members to visit the cadet at the afternoon Parent Visit.  However, all parent, grandparents and mentors are invited to participate in the workshop.  Please arrive early for sign-in.  We want to start the workshops promptly at 10am.

Mail & Visitation Rules:

* Onsite visitations are for parents/legal guardians/grandparents/mentors only.  Maximum number of visitors allowed per cadet per visit is four (4)- NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Onsite visitations are a privilege and can be taken away due to a cadet's inappropriate behaviors.  Failure to progressively complete placement plans may result in complete termination of family visits for the entire term.

* During onsite visits, cadets may not receive anything to take back with them.

* The only items that the cadets may receive in the mail are:  running shoes, stamps, prescription medications and phone cards.  All other items will be confiscated and given back to the parents at the next visitation.  The cadets receive a weekly living allowance to purchase personal hygiene, laundry products and any other items they may need  at the VA Medical Center Canteen.
