To be eligible to attend the Freestate ChalleNGe Academy, you must meet certain qualifications.

1. No Felony Convictions
2. Voluntarily enroll
3. Be willing to comply with program rules
4. Be drug free upon registration.
5. Be 16 -19 years of age

   (19 year olds may qualify- contact the Recruiter for details)

1. Obtain a photocopy of cadet candidate's birth certificate

2. Obtain a photocopy of cadet candidate's social security card

3. Print the Enrollment Application from "How to Apply"

4. Complete the application in its entirety.
