The Blue Book - Cadet Handbook
The purpose of the Blue Book is to establish the rules, policies and standard operating procedures for the Bluegrass Challenge Academy. Cadets must memorize and follow the rules and policies in the Blue Book. Their level promotions and privileges require a very thorough understanding of the Blue Book.
