Eligibility / Selection: Participants must be:
(1) A Volunteer
(2) 16 - 19 years old
(3) A high school dropout or expellee prior to class start date
(4) A citizen or leagal resident of the U.S. and the state of Indiana
(5) Unemployed
(6) Drug Free
(7) Not on parole or probation, not currently indicted or charged, and free of any felony convictions or capital offenses
(8) Physically and mentally capable of completing the program with reasonable accommodation for physical or other handicaps

Applications are accepted all year on a first come first serve basis.
