POSITION TITLE:    CADRE TEAM LEADER  (Assistant Team Leader)

EXAMPLE OF WORK: Under the immediate supervision of the Cadre Shift Supervisor, performs routine custodial and developmental functions at the LCA; maintains order and safety of assigned cadets; obtains specialized experience in the development and skills training of cadets; assists Cadre Shift Supervisor in care and training of cadets.
