The cadets are in week 14 of the Residential Phase of the Academy and beginning this week the cadets are required to make weekly contact with their mentor. This can be by phone, letter, or face-to-face. The mentors are then required to begin their monthly requirements by reporting these residential contacts in the Data Management and Reporting System. If mentors are having difficulty reporting or have questions, please contact the Mentor Coordinator at 217-892-1334 or the RPM Supervisor at 217-892-1307.
