Orientations for Grizzly Youth Academy

Deadline for applications has been extended to Dec. 18th.  Last tour Weds. Dec. 2nd at 12:30

APPLICANTS:    If you live within a 3 hour radius of San Luis Obispo, we REQUIRE that you attend one of the tours.    It greatly increases your chance of success at the Academy.    If you bring an  application with you, or send it in advance,  we will interview you at that time.  This will speed up the acceptance process.   When we interview you, we will be assessing your motivation to attend, and your need for the program.    We will not interview anyone without an application. 

 

All of our tours take place at Camp San
Luis Obispo starting from building 735.  

You will need your drivers license, registration, and insurance to come on the base.   Everyone over 18 will need a picture ID.    It is reccommended that you download a vehicle pass before traveling.   It will save you time at the gate.    To download a pass go to:  www.calguard.ca.gov/cslo  or click on the Vehicle Pass Link on the left.
